This policy describes information handled through this website. Client projects may have separate written privacy and data-handling terms. Information we receive and why If you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional business name and phone number, service interest, and message. We use these details to respond, discuss your project, and maintain related business correspondence. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, or confidential customer records through the form or demo. Our hosting and communications providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and delivery records to serve the website, deliver messages, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. Services that process information The website is hosted on Railway. Contact-form inquiries are sent through Resend to our team’s email inbox. If you use an email link, your chosen email service also handles that message. Our consultation link opens Microsoft Bookings, where Microsoft processes the booking information you provide. These providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their own terms and privacy policies. The demo’s AI receptionist sends your chat messages to Retell for processing. An optional demo test email uses Resend and goes to a configured test inbox, not the fictional customer address. Only use fictional information in the demo. We disclose information as needed to these service providers, to respond to valid legal requirements, or to protect rights and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Cookies, browser storage and tracking The marketing pages do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics or embedded third-party widgets. The demo uses a session cookie to keep your temporary workspace separate and browser session storage to remember limited demo progress. These support the demo rather than advertising. We do not track visitors across other websites for advertising, and the website does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Linked third-party services, such as Microsoft Bookings, have their own cookie and tracking practices once you visit them. How long information remains Inquiry emails and related correspondence may remain in our mailbox and provider systems while needed for follow-up, business records, legal obligations or resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable provider settings; there is no single automatic deletion period for all inquiries. Demo workspace data expires within a maximum of 30 minutes. “Exit & delete demo” and reset delete the temporary workspace immediately; closing all demo tabs triggers cleanup shortly afterward, normally within about 60 seconds if a close signal is missed. This removes access to the demo records and quote links, not copies outside the workspace. We request deletion of the associated Retell chat when the workspace ends. Provider deletion can fail or be delayed, and provider metadata or backups may remain under their policies. Sent test emails and their links remain in the recipient inbox and email-provider systems. We cannot recall them by deleting a demo session. Your choices and requests You can browse without submitting an inquiry, choose not to use the demo or booking service, and delete an active demo using its exit control.
