PlainwrightAI, also called Plainwright, was founded by Spencer Loyd and Zachary Miller. We start with the business process, then scope and implement the software and connections needed to support it.
Our current delivery scope is organizations with up to 1,000 employees. Each engagement also requires a scope and delivery-capacity assessment.

Spencer Loyd is a Vacaville local who has been working with area businesses, including automatic gate companies, cleaning companies, and chiropractic practices. Spencer brings five years working in a highly regulated, controlled environment, with experience in global programs, enterprise deployments, regulated migrations, and change orders.

Zachary brings years of cybersecurity, custom software, and infrastructure experience, including work for the Department of Defense following his Marine Corps service.
The founders’ experience informs how we scope, build, and introduce business systems.
Agree requirements, systems of record, data access, and approval responsibilities before implementation. Test normal workflows and failures, define rollout and recovery steps, and prepare the people who will operate the solution.
Connections depend on supported interfaces, permissions, vendor capabilities, and the agreed scope. AI has a defined role with approved information and human review where decisions or actions require it.
