Information and service engagements
Website content describes our services and provides illustrative examples. It is not a binding offer, a guarantee of business results, or legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Published starting prices and examples are subject to the scope of a specific proposal.
Sending an inquiry or booking a consultation does not by itself create a client engagement. Paid work, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, ownership, support and any service commitments are governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, bypass usage limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or submit information you have no right to share. Do not send passwords, confidential customer records or other sensitive information through the public form or demo. We may restrict access to address misuse, security concerns or operational needs.
The fictional demo and AI responses
The demo is for evaluation using fictional information only. Its records, prices, estimates, approvals and jobs are simulations: they do not create real contracts, reservations, invoices or payments. Temporary records and links expire and should not be used as business records.
The AI receptionist can make mistakes. Review its output and do not rely on it for consequential decisions. Where the demo offers a test email, selecting the send control can send a real message to the configured test inbox. External providers process some demo information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Content and third-party services
PlainwrightAI website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, link to and reasonably reference the site for evaluating our services. Do not misrepresent ownership, endorsement or affiliation. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses, including those listed in our Open-source notices.
Links and integrations may take you to services operated by others, including booking, email and AI providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We do not control their availability or content.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it and the demo are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, PlainwrightAI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its illustrative content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate client agreements govern responsibility for contracted services.
Privacy, changes and contact
